The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYC Health Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health is seeking to expand current gynecologic oncology services with the addition of a per diem Gynecologic Oncology Attending. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in order to maintain its high standards of healthcare delivery.

Opportunity Details:
- Direct gynecologic oncologic care, including chemotherapy, surgery, and management of complex clinical cases
- Gynecologic surgical care, including minimally invasive techniques
- Support and consultation to general OBGYN physicians, including difficult benign gynecologic surgical cases
- Experience in radiotherapy for gynecologic malignancies
- Supervision and teaching to residents and medical students
- Ambulatory and inpatient duties
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board Certified in Gynecology Oncology
- Cultural sensitivity to a diverse and under-served patient population a must
Per Diem Rate = $180.00 per hour
