Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Cardiologist to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/Kings County. NYC Health Hospitals/Kings County’s Heart Health Center provides heart failure patients with comprehensive services to improve heart health and maintenance in a community-based setting. The hospital is academically affiliated with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and trains its medical students, residents, and fellows.

Provide direct patient care, as well as coordinate clinical care, in the outpatient Cardiovascular Medicine Sub-specialty clinics and the Cardiac Non-invasive procedure lab
- Lead the delivery of quality patient care services - meeting or exceeding quality, patient and employee safety, and patient satisfaction
- Obtain complete history and physicals
- Order, perform, and interpret laboratory tests
- Order medications and medical devices, as needed
- Interpretation of echocardiographic studies, exercise stress tests, and stress echocardiograms
- Perform and interpret Transesophageal echocardiograms
- Interpretation of EKG and Zio
- Provide instruction for Medical Students
Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiovascular Medicine
