Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Cardiologist to the group at NYC Health Hospitals / Kings County. NYC Health Hospitals / Kings County’s Heart Health Center provides heart failure patients with comprehensive services to improve heart health and maintenance in a community-based setting. The hospital is academically affiliated with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and trains its medical students, residents, and fellows.

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, as well as coordinate clinical care, in the outpatient Cardiovascular Medicine Sub-specialty clinics and the Cardiac Non-invasive procedure lab.
- Lead the delivery of quality patient care services - meeting or exceeding quality, patient and employee safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Obtain complete history and physicals.
- Order, perform, and interpret laboratory tests.
- Order medications and medical devices, as needed.
- Interpretation of echocardiographic studies, exercise stress tests, and stress echocardiograms.
- Perform and interpret Transesophageal echocardiograms.
- Interpretation of EKG and Zio.
- Provide instruction for Medical Students.

Annual Base Salary : $319,000
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $406,420
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
