Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Research Fellow to the Research group at NYC Health Hospitals/Lincoln. The Hospital is part of NYC Health Hospitals. Lincoln is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its award- winning Cancer and Breast Centers.

- Description of surgical specimens and dissection of large, complex, medium and small specimens.
- Preparation and submission of histologic sections.
- Reviewing of pertinent clinical data in Epic.
- Using Voice Brook system in gross dictation.
- Taking photographs of selective cases. 6.Capable of ding the technical part of frozen section.
- Participates in regular meetings and quality control of anatomic pathology
- Coordinates with laboratory accesionists, histology technicians, pathologists and other lab staff
- Day shift, regular hours.
Qualifications
- NYS license as a Pathology Assistant
- One year experience as a Pathology Assistant is preferred

The annual base salary listed complies with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The annual base salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits. Actual total compensation depends on many factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and historical collections. Actual total compensation may differ.
