Physician Affiliate Group of New York ( PAGNY) is seeking Regional Medical Directors to lead the Gotham Health Network for NYC Health Hospitals , the largest public health care system in the country. Opportunities available in Brooklyn of New York City.

This position is responsible for Gotham Health's New York Northern Brooklyn locations, including East New York, Bedford, Bushwick Communicare, Greenpoint, Fort Greene, Sumner, Williamsburg, Brownsville, Crown Heights, Jonathan Williams, and Homecrest.
Opportunity Details :
- Create clinical strategy for ambulatory care transformation across the overseen Region of sites (i.e., Brooklyn)
- Integrate and implement evidence-based clinical practices
- Provide direct patient care at a minimum of 2 clinical sessions per week
- Quality analytics, clinical reporting, and risk management
- Assessment of clinical providers
- Finance, budget, and reimbursements
- Recruitment strategies
- Travel to sites within the Brooklyn Region will be required
- 70% Administrative and 30% Clinical responsibility

Wages and Benefits include :
Annual Base Salary : $250,000.00
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $275,000.00
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
