Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. This role is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, supplies, equipment, and tools in our warehouse.
">Responsibilities:

- Under supervision, oversee a section of a storehouse, storage yard, or equivalent storage unit. ">
- Manage online ordering of PAR level supply items and deliver/stock supplies to correctional facilities. ">
- Routinely rotate stock, removing and replacing expired items. ">
- Order standard stationery and deliver supplies to Correctional facilities. ">
- Ensure PAR level rooms are adequately stocked at all times and report any shortages to supervisor. ">
- Pick up daily medications and Bi-Weekly controlled drugs from Trailer 6 Pharmacy Packaging department and deliver to all facilities. ">
- Deliver new capital equipment (medical/furniture) from Materials Management to all facilities. ">
- Remove capital equipment deemed salvage from all facilities for proper disposal to CHS Queens. ">
- In conjunction with Medical Records, transport medical records from all facilities to CMRA (Central Medical Records Archiving - Trailer 7). ">
- Conduct inventories of all medical surgical PAR level rooms as required once per year with CMS Warehouse. ">
- Pick up labs twice a day. ">
- Deliver lunch for Grand Rounds meetings and other special events as needed. ">
- Transport interpreters on and off Riker's Island. ">
- Replace HIPPA shredding bins as needed to and from all Riker's island facilities. ">
- Deliver checks when necessary and provide general mail services to all Riker's Island facilities. ">
- Provide off-hours support during extreme weather and emergencies. ">
Requirements:
