Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health Hospitals / Gotham Health, Gunhill. Opportunity Details :
- Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population.
- Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health.
- Access provided to NYC Health Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders.
- Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers.
- Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients.
- Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, rotating evening clinics and Saturday rotation.

Annual Base Salary : $224,000
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $299,700
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
