- Schedule : Work on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off with 4 hours per day, to prevent potential burnout.
- Patient Care : Provide comprehensive medical care by rounding in the facility, catering to a diverse patient population.
- Income : Earn a substantial income while working an average of 4 hours daily, with the potential for additional compensation through extra shifts.
- Collaborate with a dedicated nurse practitioner during rounds.
