Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Intended Parents Team, Surrogacy Team, IVF Team, Egg Donation Team and Accounting to support intended parents and surrogates throughout their surrogacy journey
Maintain a master database and perform data entry duties to verify and ensure information of intended parents and surrogates are up to date
Prepare administrative documents including but not limited to legal referrals, medical match sheets, embryo transfer confirmation forms, insurance applications, etc.
Provide VIP level customer service to intended parents, communicate with them in a timely manner, and maintain excellent customer relationship
Communicate with surrogates to follow up their status, their doctor appointments, their wellbeing, and support them throughout the journey.
Update intended parents on the surrogate status on weekly report, or via phone calls for the emergency situation
Maintain surrogate journals by logging important events to support Accounting processing surrogate compensations
Communicate with delivery hospitals and provide supporting documents and assistance to ensure intended parents and surrogates a smooth delivery, baby discharge and etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Must be fluent English and Spanish, which includes reading, writing, and speaking
Minimum 2 years' of experience in Administration or Medical Service
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills
Demonstrate clear, professional boundaries; act in a professional manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheets
