We are seeking a Family Practice physician to join a comprehensive community health organization in Chicago, specializing in outpatient care. This modern office offers a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered healthcare, alongside flexible scheduling and competitive benefits. The position includes a great work / life balance with reasonable patient volume, allowing physicians to engage effectively with their patients while enjoying generous leave and support for continued education.
This organization is a large provider of social services and community health services in Illinois. The office is comprised of Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Dentists, and OB / Gyn. It is a very nice, modern office with lab testing and is fully staffed with Family Nurse Practitioners and a Practice Manager. There is a very comprehensive onboarding process.
Position Highlights :
- 100% outpatient practice
- Reasonable patient volume
- Flexible, great work / life balance schedule
- Monday - Friday with one 1 / 2 day Saturday per month
- Flexible schedule of 8-5 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts
- Call is 1 : 7 by phone only, very light
