What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner position at Physician Services?
Family Nurse Practitioner is needed for a well established, large community health organization
Must have at least one year as a C-FNP
Current Illinois license and DEA
Located in the Homewood / Flossmoor area, about 30 minutes to downtown Chicago
Very nice community with easy access to the expressway allowing you to live in the city or any number of Chicago's suburbs.
Offices are fully staffed, very modern facilities
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8hr shifts or 4- 10hr shifts
day on Saturday once a month with time off during the week
Will be expected to give newborn immunizations and see patients of all ages
Office is staffed with primary care physicians, OB / Gyn, Psychiatry
Busy but very manageable patient visits
1 : 7 after hour call by phone only and very light
Full healthcare benefit package with paid MP
