Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned clients.

General Responsibilities:

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contributes to the assessment of the health status of the client through
• Participates in the modification of the plan of care
• Implements care strategies within the LPN Scope of Practice
• Renders safe care and participates in the evaluation of responses to care of the client
• Performs additional functions as delegated by the RN in accordance to the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
• The LPN performs all job duties keeping the safety and security of all clients as a high priority.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in psychiatric and substance abuse nursing desired, but not required
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
