Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned clients.
General Responsibilities:
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contributes to the assessment of the health status of the client through
- Participates in the modification of the plan of care
- Implements care strategies within the LPN Scope of Practice
- Renders safe care and participates in the evaluation of responses to care of the client
- Performs additional functions as delegated by the RN in accordance to the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
- The LPN performs all job duties keeping the safety and security of all clients as a high priority.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in psychiatric and substance abuse nursing desired, but not required
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
