POSITION TITLE: CORPORATE OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Physicians Choice Dialysis is looking for a responsible and experienced Administrator to provide support for both the CEO and corporate office staff. The position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Limerick Pennsylvania. The duties will encompass both clerical and technical support for each business area. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role. You should be familiar with Microsoft office and Cloud based systems (e.g. MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Share-point) including spreadsheets and presentations. The position is onsite from 8am to 5pm in the corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Book meetings and schedule events
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Pick up mail from the post box in office complex and distribute
- Prepare FedEx and other items for shipment
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Monitor office supply needs
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Make travel arrangements
- Handle queries and various tasks from the CEO
- Update office policies
- Troubleshoot and set up repair calls as needed for Telephones, Fax, copiers, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, DocuSign, ADP Workforce Now in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus
