COMPENSATION: $33 - $37 per hour (DOE)
STATUS: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Position Summary
As a Home Health & Hospice LPN at Aegis, you'll play a key role in ensuring patients receive top-notch care. Working closely under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), your responsibilities will include:
Administering nursing treatments and medications as prescribed.
Assisting patients with activities of daily living and pain management.
Educating patients and caregivers on self-care techniques.
Monitoring and documenting patient conditions, promptly reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician.
Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Current LPN license in the state of NE.
Preferred: 1 years of experience in Home Health or Hospice care.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs.
Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform full-range motions.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Valid Driver's License with a clean record and reliable transportation.
Proof of current auto insurance and vehicle registration.
Required certifications (we can assist if needed):
NE Fingerprint Clearance Card
Current CPR Certification
Negative TB Test
