About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified to join our busy clinic. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will assess, treat, and conduct follow-up visits for orthopedic patients. Your clinical duties may include providing surgical assistance, and you will be required to communicate effectively with patients and their families. A rotating schedule, including some early evenings and call coverage, may be necessary. Flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should possess current licensure and/or credentials as an active PA or ARNP in good standing. Demonstrated expertise in your area of clinical practice is preferred, although not required. Experience in Orthopedics is also a plus but not necessary. We value candidates with strong interpersonal and computer skills who can work well under pressure. An attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are crucial attributes for this role.
