We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team, providing top-notch care to chronic dialysis patients. As a key member of our staff, you'll supervise and train unlicensed personnel, ensuring seamless operations and adhering to state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in line with your scope of practice, emphasizing quality and professionalism.
• Supervise and mentor assigned direct care staff, promoting efficient treatment processes and a culture of excellence.
• Conduct thorough admission assessments and ongoing evaluations to create tailored care plans for patients.
• Oversee closing procedures, ensuring facility readiness for the next day's operations.
• Foster open communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff, promoting a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years' recent dialysis experience, preferably with critical care background or dialysis specialty certification.
• Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing highly valued.
• Current State professional nursing licensure and CPR/BLS certification essential.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and dedication to excellence imperative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration and patient engagement.
• Proficiency in data entry, software navigation, and basic troubleshooting required.
