Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Create action plans for the month, week, and day for clinics within the assigned region. Ensure your team has a clear vision, priorities are clearly articulated, and the “why” is understood.
Coordinate and conduct regular meetings : assist coach and elevate a team of hearing healthcare professionals to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with colleagues and position teams to overcome / develop the necessary processes to succeed.
Drive top-line revenue along with profits.
Lead team successfully through best practices and operational excellence.
Planning and problem-solving. Identify obstacles to location performance attainment and take an active role in problem-solving.
Requirements
5 years of sales management experience, Audiologist (preferred)
Experience in developing Team Member Performance along with strong sales and operational excellence.
Driven and result-oriented leader
Demonstrated skills in planning, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and proactive decision-making.
Profit and Loss knowledge and experience
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn and use new computer programs / applications
Excellent professional communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Effectively convey detailed or technical information clearly, accurately, and concisely.
Ability to develop and give oral presentations to small groups
Availability to Travel Extensively : 10 - 15 days / month
