We have an exciting full-time Medical Assistant position available, serving the community of San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and compassionate. Responsibilities include supporting and administering hearing screenings for patients, as well as making referrals when necessary.
This role is critical in helping to identify and address hearing issues early, contributing to the overall health and well-being of patients.
The location for this position is on the Northeast side of San Antonio.
Requirements
- Conduct hearing screenings for adult patients.
- Operate and maintain hearing screening equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Accurately record and report screening results.
- Collaborate with hearing healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to patient records and equipment maintenance as needed.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
