As a Licensed Telesales Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving success through both inbound and outbound calling programs. Your role will involve providing expert consultative advice to both current and prospective customers, and binding policy coverage when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales: Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, turning inquiries into sales.
- Consultative Advice: Offer tailored advice on our wide range of products, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their needs.
- Support Marketing, Retention, and Service Efforts: Work within our Telesales Center to bolster our marketing, retention, and service initiatives.
- Utilize Advanced Technology: Leverage tools like ACD, Predictive Dialer, and IHP technology to efficiently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Handle Diverse Call Types: Manage calls from solicitations, inbound transfers, and outbound initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- A State Insurance License is required.
- Educates interested customers on Company products and offers solutions.
- Completes applications for new enrollment and transferred leads.
- Handles and places calls from television and mail advertising.
- Customer focused to maintain 95% satisfaction rating with no high-pressure sales.
- Possesses strong active listening and strong communication skills.
- Ability to use PC and telephone technologies.
- Ability to perform in a fun and goal-oriented environment.
