Summary / Objective:
The Business Development & Sales Representative role will play a key part in expanding our market presence, building robust relationships with potential healthcare clients, and driving the growth of our Advisory & Management Services into new markets. This position’s primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and manage them through the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Essential Functions:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for PSW Advisory & Management Services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including healthcare providers, payers, and other healthcare organizations.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our services to prospective clients through in-person meetings, presentations, and virtual demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and expand professional network.
- Build and manage the group’s sales pipelines, conducting research and analysis of business opportunities; look across accounts to identify and address broad issues and trends.
- Work with Marketing to develop proposals, pitch decks, collateral and lead-warming content to support sales opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with partners and review complex agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on annual collateral and branding review.
- Build and leverage cross-functional collaborative relationships to facilitate a team-work oriented atmosphere and achieve company goals.
- Attend events, partner meetings, trainings and conferences, as necessary
