Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments prior to anesthesia administration, including reviewing medical history and current health status.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and regulations, including adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide critical care support in emergency situations as needed.
• Stay updated on advancements in anesthesiology practices and technologies.
• Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process, addressing any concerns or questions.

Skills

• Proficient in-patient monitoring techniques and critical care protocols.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesiology principles and practices.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hospital systems and operational standards.
• In-depth understanding of physiology related to anesthesia administration.
• Experience working in pediatric settings is a plus but not required.
