Physicians' Practice Enhancement is currently seeking a Director of Operations for our Anesthesia Service Line in New Jersey.
The Director of Operations is responsible for the efficient day to day administrative operations of multiple provider groups across the Anesthesia Service Line. The Director of Operations ensures the delivery of cost-effective, quality patient care in support of business objectives and organizational strategic goals.
The Director of Operations manages, develops, implements, and administers operational systems that support clinical practice, to include scheduling management, budgetary planning, equipment and materials inventory, policy and procedure implementation, and staffing. The Director acts as a liaison with ancillary services, physicians, and management to resolve customer service, patient care and financial issues.
The Director of Operations will work closely with the various medical directors from any of the company’s anesthesia sites as well as support staff, physician and CRNA leaders, as well as finance and executive leadership.
The Director seeks opportunities to enhance and expand services and builds strong provider and staff relationships. The Director supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team- work and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field or clinical degree with at least 10 years experience in a management role.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of experience required as an administrative and business manager, preferably with physician management experience, operating room, and/or ASC operations experience. Strong communication skills required with front line staff, management, Hospital administration and providers. Strong organizational skills and experience managing client satisfaction, operations, and fiscal requirements.
