Responsibilities:
· Handle referrals and schedule patient visits
· Assist with patient care and perform simple diagnostic tests
· Administer simple procedures and treatments
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Current active California LVN license
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Licensed and ensured driver with reliable personal transportation
· Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical
