Physicians Rehab Solution, a national organization, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Bowling Green, KY team.
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing essential administrative tasks that support the HR function of our organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and interested in starting a career in human resources.

This is a full-time (100% on-site), non-exempt, benefit-eligible position.

- Proven administrative experience, preferably in an HR setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Pro-active and eager to make positive contributions to the team and organization.
- This team member will be open to training, input, and daily mentorship/collaboration from the PRS operational team and leadership.
Job Duties:
- First impression for HR & Talent Department, via phone/email
- Maintain and distribute PRS Communication Resource(s)
- Maintain all files: electronic and paper- Audit, Scan, File
- Track all onboarding tasks for all PRS & PTBS employees
- Perform monthly benefit and system audits for accuracy
- Participate and assist in PRS & PTBS Cultural Events.

Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required.
- Human Resources experience, a plus.
