PRS is seeking a qualified individual to join our team Full-Time, in the role of Operations Assistant. This position will report to our Elizabethtown, KY office and will provide support to our operational and leadership team.
This individual will have the heart of a servant leader. They shall be decisive, self-driven, and a dynamic individual who is willing to be mentored, trained, and developed to achieve high performance and personal satisfaction.
This position will have no supervisory responsibilities and will report to the onsite leader.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefit-eligible position.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level administrative, operational, and clerical support to the PRS leadership, finance, and operational team(s)
- Collaborates and supports the operational and business leaders by assisting the monitoring of tasks listing, project timelines, actionable, etc.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, memos, reports, and other documents for staff
- Prepares, monitors, and/or delivers reports, on a recurring or as needed basis
- Interacts with and supplies information to physician partners, employees, clinic directors, leadership, and public and private agencies
- Schedule’s meetings, travel, and accommodations as needed
- Support VP of Finance and Director of Finance with basic accounting tasks
- Maintains a high standard of confidentiality of all PRS information
- Promote, demonstrate, and uphold the Servant Leadership Philosophy
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite or related software experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to pick up tasks quickly and work independently or with a team
- Exhibit and maintain clear background and drug screen
Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration and/or Accounting (required)
- Prior related experience preferred

Compensation:
- Starting at $19.23 per hour, based on experience
