Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager with expertise in HR operations, compliance, and strategic workforce management. This role will be pivotal in streamlining HR functions, enhancing talent acquisition, and supporting company-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HR teams, optimizing HR processes, and effectively collaborating with executives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee and manage all HR-related processes, including Payroll, Recruitment, Benefits, 401(k), FMLA, Employee Relations, Investigations, Talent Management, and HR Compliance.
- Administer and optimize HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) to improve HR efficiencies.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies adhere to industry standards.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures to align with company growth and industry trends.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Identify and implement strategies to lower attrition, particularly for remote positions, utilizing HR analytics and data-driven decisions.
- Organize succession planning and career development initiatives to retain top talent and foster employee engagement.
Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of at least two employees (Recruiter and HR Generalist), ensuring efficient HR service delivery.
- Partner with C-Suite executives to provide HR insights and strategic recommendations for business operations.
- Establish vendor relationships for HR-related services, including benefits providers, recruitment agencies, and training vendors.
- Implement and maintain a structured organizational chart, defining domains, roles, and responsibilities across teams.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and conflict resolution, handling issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Develop and execute engagement programs that enhance workplace culture and improve employee retention.
- Support company-wide operational and process improvement efforts from an HR perspective.
Process Optimization & Data-Driven HR Management:
- Create and update HR processes, SOPs, and documentation, ensuring streamlined workflows.
- Utilize HR metrics and reporting tools to provide insights on turnover, hiring efficiency, employee satisfaction, and compliance.
- Leverage artificial intelligence and HR technology to enhance recruitment, performance tracking, and workforce analytics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR are a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least two employees (e.g., Recruiter, HR Generalist).
- Hands-on experience in HR compliance, talent management, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Strong technical proficiency in HRIS systems, recruitment tools, and AI-driven HR technologies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to wear multiple hats.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels, including senior executives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting, data analytics, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion, professionalism, and fairness.
- Experience working with multi-location teams (on-site and remote workforce management).
