We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care, internal medicine, geriatrics, and hospital medicine. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing direct patient care, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and providing patient education. Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients.
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Educate patients on preventative care and health maintenance.
- Provide patient counseling and education on chronic illnesses.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide care for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
