We're looking for a confident communicator and strategic thinker who can build long-term partnerships with legal professionals. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to create value in a sales-driven role, this is for you.

This position oversees multiple Florida locations, requiring regular travel. Out-of-state applicants are welcome, but must relocate to Florida’s Gulf Coast within one month of hire.

Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 (based on experience).

Your Role:

• Represent PhysMED’s services with professionalism and deep understanding of our value to attorneys and accident patients.

• Achieve consistent growth through outreach, relationship management, and referral generation.

• Identify new opportunities through strategic outreach and consistent communication with existing accounts.

• Leverage CRM data and market insights to fine-tune your territory plan and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Drive attorney referrals and expand territory performance.

• Build rapport and trust with personal injury law firms.

• Use Salesforce to track leads, outreach, and performance metrics.

• Deliver impactful presentations and coordinate marketing efforts.

• Stay informed about services, campaigns, and referral programs.
