What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Coordinator position at PhysNet?
PHYSNET is seeking a full-time, bi-lingual helpful, Intake and Scheduling Coordinator.
This position is responsible for gathering necessary data and information needed to coordinate patient services.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input patient data into the system accurately
- Coordinate and schedule patient treatment sessions
- Gather any missing data needed.
- Communicate with Case Managers or Adjusters to obtain proper authorizations.
- Communicate with Providers to obtain prescriptions.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to ensure Onsite Physio's service level criteria is carried out.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent required
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and general computer skills
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Experience processing Workers Compensation medical referrals preferred
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing preferred
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Spanish Helpful
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday – 11:30AM – 8:00PM
- No weekends

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
