Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an SMB Account Executive. This role is responsible for driving growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium-sized growers in Southern California.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the agriculture industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers.
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions and trends within the agriculture sector.
- Track and report all sales activities using Salesforce.
- Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and build the Phytech brand.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of SMB growers' needs and challenges, particularly in Southern California.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
