Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a forklift operation certificate. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a thirst for knowledge as we are a small company that strongly encourages employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure the accurate and prompt shipment of customer orders.

· Receive incoming shipments of products, supplies, and raw materials.

· Maintain an organized work environment and warehouse.

· Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory management software.

· Ensure compliance with all shipping, receiving, and inventory regulations and guidelines.

· Communicate effectively regarding shipping and receiving.

· Collaborate with the production team and assist in the production department as needed.

Requirements

· *Bilingual: speaks English and Spanish.*

· 4-5 years of proven experience in a shipping and receiving role.

· Must be able to lift 65 lbs.

· Has a valid forklift certification.

· Proficient computer and printing skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Knowledge of basic shipping and receiving procedures.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

· Effective communication skills.

· Ability to work overtime when required.

· International and domestic logistics knowledge/experience is a plus.

Expected hours: 40 per week
