Our client, a Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Corporate Access Coordinator in their Miami, FL, location:
Principal Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Access team in providing high-level client service to portfolio managers and analysts with a strong sense of prioritization and urgency.
- Develop and implement internal communication channels and processes to enhance the flow of broker-advertised and internally originated Corporate Access events.
- Create and manage meeting planners for one-on-one meetings and calls.
- Oversee logistics for one-on-one meetings and calls.
- Promote and remarket confirmed one-on-one meetings and calls.
- Update and maintain the internal Corporate Access portal to manage event marketing and requests.
- Assist Corporate Access Associates with conference template uploads.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data.
- Detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong operational efficiency, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to supporting team initiatives.
