Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a primary focus on technology roles. As part of a collaborative recruitment team, you may also support hiring efforts in other areas as needed. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand specific role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your ability to build strong relationships and your knowledge of the technology and financial services landscape will be key in ensuring we hire the best talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, external search partners, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Leverage data and metrics to improve recruitment processes and hiring outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, particularly in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and required skill sets.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, preferably Workday.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
