Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Financial Recruiter - Markets Division in New York, NY
Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Execution Analyst! In this role, you will support a full life cycle recruiter covering our Markets Division. You will help identify and engage top talent across a diverse slate of professionals while ensuring a seamless recruiting process by building strong relationships with candidates and key stakeholders. As an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment of Fixed Income and Equity Markets professionals through close collaboration with a senior recruiter.
- Source passive candidates through industry networking events, social media, and various recruiting tools and initiatives.
- Utilize social media, job boards, membership organizations, and event management to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offer terms, and provide ongoing feedback to all parties involved.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to streamline future hiring needs.
- Maintain and update Job Requisition and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to generate reports and track key recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience supporting recruiters within the financial services industry, preferably in Fixed Income or Equities; agency experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and execute assignments with limited information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet short deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and senior management.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), human resources information systems (HRIS), and other recruitment-related applications.
Salary : $35 - $42
