Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a HRIS Support Administrator.
Overview
The Workday HRIS Support Administrator will play a critical role in optimizing Workday, exceeding user expectations, and driving business outcomes. This position will work closely with the HRIS team and cross-functional partners to provide HR system administration and support.
Responsibilities
User Query & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the initial point of contact for Workday queries and requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and address end-user support inquiries via the Workday Support mailbox, categorizing and tracking reported queries.
- Investigate, document, and resolve technical issues; escalate unresolved problems when necessary and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage the ticketing system, escalating tickets to appropriate team members.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets and meet or exceed SLAs.
- Perform weekly audits of the ticketing system for accuracy.
- Train users on Workday processes and functionality as needed.
HRIS Team Support
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support Workday requirements gathering and testing, including integration with downstream systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Maintain documentation of system functionality and business processes (e.g., user guides, workflows).
- Assist with Workday upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects.
- Participate in Workday system configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across HR functional areas.
- Utilize Workday Community resources to improve system functionality and streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) using Workday Report Writer.
- Generate and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports based on business needs.
- Assist with creating and loading EIBs as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-3 years of Workday experience.
- Experience handling confidential HR/payroll information and business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to shifting deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Salary : $25 - $31
