My client a top tier financial services firm is seeking an experienced Prime Broker Margin Manager to join their dynamic Prime Brokerage team. In this role, you will oversee margin operations, manage a small team with growth potential, and collaborate across multiple business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with expertise in margin management, collateral optimization, and both equity and fixed income repo markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily margin management processes for Prime Brokerage clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and develop a team of two professionals, with the potential for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, risk, and trading to enhance margin and collateral workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Reg T, portfolio margining, and other relevant regulations.
• Utilize systems such as ADP and Syncova to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide insights on fixed income and equity repo margining strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications:

✅ Experience:

• Strong background in margin and collateral management.
• Familiarity with equity and fixed income repo markets.
• Exposure to Prime Brokerage operations and Reg T regulations.
• Experience with ADP and Syncova is a plus.
