Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Sr. Change Management - Project Management in their Boston, MA location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to large projects through the project development life cycle, including defining scope, planning, budgeting, and managing resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with project sponsors and Systems counterparts to define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project budgets.
- Oversee project tasks, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage resources to successfully meet project goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate the execution of project tasks with subject matter experts, analysts, and other participants, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Provide regular project updates and communication to project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate project testing, including user acceptance, regression, client, and parallel/pilot testing.
- Create and present Change Oversight materials, manage project dashboards and reports, and assist in portfolio status reporting to senior leadership.
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns to maintain a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of related work experience, with strong financial services industry experience, especially in Custody operations.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques, including business case development, ROI analysis, planning, and issues management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and mentor Business Analysts.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex project landscapes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, mediate, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery approaches is preferred.
- Knowledge of the general regulatory environment and industry standards is a plus.
