Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a TPRM - Project Manager in their New York, NY location.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate project progress from initiation to completion within the Third Party Risk Management Office (TPRMO).
- Collaborate with designated teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with deadlines and organizational goals.
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adjusting schedules as project needs evolve.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for projects involving multiple units, ensuring coordinated team actions.
- Track progress, summarize results, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Provide summarized project plan documentation to stakeholders and internal teams as needed.
- Comply with all risk and regulatory obligations, ensuring adherence to internal policies and standards.
- Monitor ongoing third-party relationships, ensuring that changes in suppliers, services, or environments are properly evaluated and addressed.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring alignment with the TPRMO’s strategic goals.
- Execute other role duties as assigned by the TPRMO leadership team.
