- Utilize CAD software to create detailed design specifications and drawings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure designs meet performance safety and cost requirements.
- Testing and Validation :
- Conduct simulations and physical tests to validate motor performance .
- Analyze test data and make necessary design adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Project Management :
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source components.
- Oversee the production and assembly of prototypes.
- Technical Support :
- Strong background in gearing and bearing concepts.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and service teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to wheel motor performance .
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
