Job Title : SQL Server Database Administrator

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server Database Administrator to manage and maintain our SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL Server DB maintenance Always On Availability Groups and Transaction Log Replication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Database Maintenance : Perform regular database maintenance tasks including backups restores index optimization and database integrity checks.
• Always On Availability Groups : Configure and manage Always On Availability Groups to ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical databases.
• Transaction Log Replication : Implement and manage transaction log replication to ensure data consistency and low latency between Publisher and Subscriber databases.
• Performance Tuning : Monitor and optimize SQL Server performance troubleshoot performance issues and implement best practices for efficient database operations.
• Security : Implement and maintain database security policies manage user permissions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Capacity Planning : Plan for future database growth and capacity needs ensuring scalability and performance.
• Support & Troubleshooting : Provide 24 / 7 support for SQL Server environments troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure continuous operation.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations maintenance procedures and troubleshooting steps.
