Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Consulting and/or relevant industry, with a strong functional and technical proficiency in implementing at least one module within a Financial System solution(e.g., Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, etc.).
- Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules.
- Experience with business process re-engineering, analysis and accounting/business workflow, end-to-end solution design, and technical specification documentation.
- Experience integrating Coupa with third party systems like NetSuite and accounting systems.
- Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for Coupa releases.
- Ability to work with data to meet export/import requirements, demonstrating proficiency in data formatting and manipulation.
- Procurement: Knowledge of catalogs, requisitions, POs, and approval workflows.
- Invoicing: Deep understanding , 2-way/3-way matching, approval workflows, and tax rules, tolerances.
- Sourcing: Set up RFx events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and reverse auctions.
- Contracts: Configure templates, clauses, approval workflows, and supplier collaboration.
- Supplier Portal: Enable self-service functions, configure permissions and access.
- Payments: Set up payment terms, methods (ACH, Wire), and integrations with banks.
- Integration: Knowledge of File based as well as API based integration to and from Coupa with ERP
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve end-user queries and technical issues.
- User Training: Provide system guidance and resolve user queries.
- Incident Management: Track and resolve incidents, escalating as needed.
- System Maintenance and Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure updates.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Status Reporting: Regularly update customers on issue resolution, system changes, and ongoing support activities.
- Expertise in Coupa module configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting, user support, and process improvement.
- Effective customer coordination, incident management, and integration with other business systems.
- Basic ERP knowledge and integration with Coupa.
