Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect
About the Role : We are seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in implementing and supporting our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) Cloud solution. You'll be at the forefront of using cutting-edge MS D365 technology to enhance business processes, optimize system performance, and implement preventive measures for smooth operations. Your expertise will drive our business forward through continuous improvement and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Translating Business Strategy into Solutions Architecture
Understand business drivers and capabilities (both current and future states) to design and implement enterprise systems that drive desired business outcomes.
Stay informed on emerging technology trends and disruptions, and apply them to enable new and evolving business models.
Convert business and technical requirements into a comprehensive architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives, documenting all design and analysis work.
Collaborate to analyze technology landscapes, competitors, and market trends to identify potential business benefits.
Provide standard definitions, reference models, and architectural designs to help the Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) assess the impact of technology investments.
Leading Solutions Design and Analysis
Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of solutions architecture across specific business applications or technologies, aligning with business strategy, capabilities, value-streams, requirements, and standards.
Create architectural designs to guide solution development across products, services, and systems.
Develop reference architectures with detailed design principles, decision points, major systems, and dependencies.
Manage and develop the solution architecture for a broader scope of products, collaborating with application architects for single products or initiatives.
Orchestrating Solutions Delivery
Define principles, guidelines, standards, and patterns to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture vision.
Facilitate the selection and design of software product standards and services, including custom software configurations.
Develop a roadmap for evolving the enterprise application portfolio from the current to future state.
Monitor the current solution portfolio to identify deficiencies or misalignments with business requirements.
Identify the organizational and financial impacts of the solutions architecture.
Design and direct governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
Facilitating and Collaborating to Deliver Business Outcomes
Work closely with product owners and managers to ensure an architectural runway that supports future business requirements.
Consult with application and infrastructure development teams to align systems with architecture, adjusting plans as needed.
Support a community of practice (CoP), guiding agile teams, product owners, and application architects to align with enterprise architecture governance.
Collaborate with technology vendors to ensure solutions align with product vision.
Successfully manage multiple large initiatives simultaneously.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
