Retail Sales Associate
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in our store. You will assist customers in finding the products they need, answer questions about our products, and help customers with their purchases. This role will fit you if you are outgoing, self-motivated, and interested in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about our products
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Learn about our products and stay up-to-date on the latest trends
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and product demand
Requirements:
- High school diploma or College Degree- not necessary but a nice addition
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
**Must Have Reliable Transportation
Salary Range:
- $14.00-$18.00 per hour, paid weekly
