Job Mission:
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist USA with a focus on long-term talent acquisition for the USA, Mexico, and Brazil. You will connect with potential candidates online and offline, screen applications, and support hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles across various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive).
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Be a part of our global recruitment team making sure we on top of the expectations of the candidates.
- Proactively set a recruitment strategy and plan for the year ahead.
- Digitalize our processes as much as possible.
- Support with internal succession planning/mobility across our footprint

Requirements and Skills:
- 5 years proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
- Experience in employee evaluation techniques and succession planning methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
