Summary
As a Music Teacher for the After School Program, you will inspire and educate students in the art of performance and theater. Reporting to the Program Director, your role is to cultivate creativity and confidence in young performers through engaging lessons and hands-on activities. You will utilize your core skills in acting, directing, and stagecraft, while also leveraging your premium skills in communication and leadership. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging theater curriculum for after-school students.
- Facilitate rehearsals and performances, ensuring students understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Foster a supportive and creative environment that encourages student participation and expression.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to integrate theater arts into the overall educational experience.
- Organize and oversee theater-related events and showcases to promote student achievements.
