Position Overview
We are seeking a Field & General Marketer to drive demand generation and brand awareness. In this role, you will develop and execute field marketing campaigns, events, and programs tailored to specific regions, industries, and target accounts. Your efforts will align closely with sales and demand generation teams to optimize pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
- Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated field marketing plans aligned with sales and demand generation goals.
- Own and manage regional marketing programs, including events, webinars, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives, and local sponsorships.
- Customize messaging and positioning based on regional market trends and customer needs.
- Event Management & Execution
- Plan, execute, and measure the success of trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and executive roundtables.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to maximize engagement at events.
- Manage logistics, budget, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up strategies.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Collaborate with demand generation, marketing operations and growth marketing teams to amplify field initiatives.
- Design and launch regional lead generation programs through content, paid media, and email campaigns.
- Track and analyze metrics to optimize future campaigns and enhance ROI.
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams to understand regional challenges and opportunities.
- Provide marketing collateral, case studies, and industry insights tailored to regional prospects.
- Ensure sales alignment by delivering training on marketing-led initiatives and lead hand-off processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and event ROI.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future field marketing efforts.
Position Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of executing successful regional marketing programs that drive sales pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of ABM strategies, demand generation, and event marketing.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and aligning marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools (Asana) and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
