Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and drinks.
- Ensure tables are properly set up and cleaned throughout the dining service.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification and Food Handler Certification are required. You must either have valid certificates or be willing to obtain them by your first day of work.
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for providing excellent service and creating a positive guest experience.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
