JOB TITLE : Sr. Facilities Technician

Piasecki has developed and flown more than 25 different advanced VTOL and UAV aircraft and continues to develop cutting-edge vertical flight technologies.
SUMMARY :
The Piasecki Aircraft Corporation Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving company facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. This includes performing a variety of tasks in HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and more to support a secure, functional, and appealing work environment for all employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Inspect, maintain, and repair hot water boilers, chillers, compressors, power generators, and other facility equipment.
- Perform HVAC repairs, plumbing installations, and maintenance of pipes, valves, toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including outlets, fixtures, switches, and wiring.
- Conduct carpentry, painting, and physical structure repairs.
- Install and maintain security systems, including cameras and access controls.
- Collaborate with supervisors to diagnose and resolve machine operation issues, dismantling and repairing equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, equipment, and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Provide support for emergency facility repairs, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in planning and implementing facility improvements to enhance sustainability and efficiency.
