Piazza Auto Group is looking for an Assistant Controller/Office Manager to join our team as we continue to grow!
CDK & Automotive Accounting Office Manager/Controller experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Plan, organize, monitor, and train the daily activities of the accounting personnel
- Advance knowledge of all the duties in the office including deal processing, daily deposits, A/R, A/P & title work
- Timely completion of month-end close and financial statement transmission to manufacturer
- Process daily and monthly reports
- Prepare monthly bank & finance reserve reconciliations
- Maintain internal controls and company processes and procedures
- Clean schedules
- Process Payroll
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance
- Prior experience in the oversight and management of an accounting office
- Ability to acquire understanding and absorb new information rapidly
- Analytical, organized, and enthusiastic leader
- Personable, action-oriented, and professional
- Efficient and able to maintain poise in high pressure situations
- Exemplify integrity, will strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, “can-do” attitude
- Self-Motivated
A valid State Driver’s License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.
