Key Project Requirements
- 10 years experience in commissioning of Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) plants and Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs).
- Experience with commissioning and startup of GE 7-frame gas turbines, preferably GE 7HA series.
- Proficiency in planning and executing commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills to oversee technicians, craft labor, and subcontractors.

The Commissioning Manager will play a critical role in system verification, equipment testing, troubleshooting, and final performance validation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning, trial runs, acceptance testing, and system inspections in compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee commissioning staff, technicians, and craft labor, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with site rules, safety regulations, environmental protection measures, and EHS policies.
- Coordinate and track turnover processes from installation to commissioning and from commissioning to the customer.
- Identify, document, and resolve commissioning deviations, ensuring quality and operational integrity.
- Manage commissioning documentation, including reports, quality records, and system feedback.
- Conduct site meetings and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to report progress and resolve challenges.
- Perform HRSG commissioning activities:
- Flushing of systems, function group startup, and adjustments.
- HRSG cleaning, blow-out processes, and system restoration.
- Monitoring HRSG startup in both manual and automated control modes, including load adjustments and tuning.
- Preparation and execution of HRSG tests, performance evaluations, and reliability runs.
- Verifying system functionality through Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) checks.
- Proven expertise in commissioning of Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) plants and HRSG systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of gas power plant operations, controls, and performance testing.
- Experience with commissioning of GE 7-frame gas turbines, preferably 7HA models.
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and site personnel.
- Proficiency in implementing EHS procedures, method statements, risk analyses, and compliance tracking.
- High School Diploma required.
